Flear Farm is set amongst the rolling hills of the South Hams in South Devon. Here you will find a cluster of luxury period holiday cottages protected and carefully restored to family holiday properties. We are surrounded by 27 acres of beautiful private countryside, including Flear Wood – great for exploring with a family dog. Our small river flows into the Kingsbridge estuary towards sandy beaches and the sea beyond. Flear is a peaceful baby friendly and toddler friendly environment, the perfect luxury holiday for families. Along with the cottages, Flear House is a big country House with an outdoor heated private pool. It is perfect for the wider family or groups of friends.

Our facilities are exceptional here and so offer a huge amount to our visiting families all seasons, all weathers! There is a large indoor swimming pool & Spa complex, with Sun terrace and Hot Tub. Our indoor Playbarn is also perfect for rainy days or dropping-in for some family leisure time. The beauty of our facilities is that there’s no need for a daily agenda on your holiday, so you can just relax! You will also find the outdoor playground and paddocks are beautiful, relaxing spaces. For those who have more energy, why not take a turn on the Pitch & Putt course or stroll to our court for a game or two of tennis? Our ponies are always around and there are beautiful walks in the valley and through Flear Wood.

We position ourselves as high end, primarily with a market base of AB1s. Our aim a few years ago was to become the finest holiday complex in the South West and we believe we have achieved this. We take our position in the community seriously and have built strong relationships with our staff and local tradesman and their families.
