Key Responsibilities Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section. Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes. Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings. Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products. Decorate pastries and desserts using different types of icings, toppings etc. and ensure the food presentation will be beautiful and exciting.

As a Housekeeping Attendant you are responsible in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all bedrooms, all public areas, corridors and back of house housekeeping areas. Key Responsibilities Make up beds, clean and set up sitting room, bedroom and bathroom promptly, in accordance with the hotels standards. Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms. To check standard of linen supply to guest rooms and return any damaged linen to the linen room. Ensure all public areas are maintained and checked regularly. Hoover corridor, clean tables, fire doors, skirting boards and window sills. To carry out spring cleaning of rooms as scheduled by the Housekeeping Manager. Return and log all lost property found to the Housekeeping Manager. Hand over list of un-serviced rooms and suites and any special requests for the following day to the Housekeeping Manager.

Maintenance Assistant

As a Maintenance Assistant you will perform general maintenance repairs/duties both inside and outside of the hotel building and our staff accommodation. You will be required to show that you have a mechanical aptitude/practical skills and knowledge in such trades as general maintenance repairs, building repairs, painting and decorating and some minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The role requires a good knowledge of all round DIY and ideally we are looking for someone with trade skills. You must be able to use their own initiative and work alone and as part of a team and be responsible for their own Health and Safety and that of our guests. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance of general building repairs. Minor carpentry such as re-hanging doors, removing/fitting fixtures, fittings and furniture repairs. Light plumbing of fixing taps, replacing washers, clearing drains. Electrical work such as replacing cracked plugs, changing light fittings and/or light-bulbs and replacing faceplates. Painting and decorating to a high standard. Communicating and interacting directly with hotel guests and reception staff in a polite and timely manner while being well presented at all times.
