Autumn Business Club

We’re delighted to be able to hold our first Business Club in almost two years at the very special Calancombe Estate – Vineyard, Winery and Distillery. Following a long tradition of holding networking events in stunning locations, this event will be the Estate’s first evening event and your first chance to take a look around and sample their award-winning drinks.

Guests are encouraged to arrive from 5.30pm, order a drink from the bar and enjoy networking in the Cellar Door shop. The evening will begin at 6pm with a welcome from the Chamber’s Leadership Team and a brief introduction from the owners of Calancombe, Lance and Caroline Whitehead.

Vice Chairman and Secretary of the Chamber, James Spencer and Samantha Dennis, will then launch two new and exciting grant schemes available to existing and start-up businesses.

At 6.30pm you will have the chance to learn how the Calancombe Estate make their award-winning wines, cider and cassis followed by a tasting of their wines. At 7pm there will be the opportunity for further networking and / or a short tour of the winery. At 7.30pm we will all take a seat to continue our conversations over a glass of wine and a meal prepared in the Estate kitchen.
